Change of mind cancellations
Change of mind cancellations: if you cancel an order before it is supplied, we refund what you paid less a cancellation fee of $5 plus 2.2% of the order value, to cover our admin and payment costs that we cannot recover. This fee is shown before you pay. We do not charge it if we cancel, cannot supply, or are at fault. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
