Get your goods on the shelf at the old Fingal Post Office
Got something local and good? We can sell it for you in our shop at the Fingal Post Office and online.
Test mode. This is a preview. Payments use a Square sandbox test checkout, so no real money is taken and nothing is for sale yet.
We sell your goods as your agent, so they stay yours until they sell. Tell us a bit about you and what you make, and we'll be in touch. Read the seller terms.
Who can sell: makers in the Fingal Valley area and immediate surrounds, and every product must be made in Tasmania. William approves every listing himself.
Our commission is 30% of the sale price, with a $2 minimum per item unless we agree a different rate. Items that sell for over $500 are charged 25%. Commission includes GST, and bulky or difficult items may carry a handling fee we agree with you upfront. Payouts are monthly, at the end of each month, after the return period (7 days in store, 14 days online) ends. If you'd like a different rate, say so in your email.
Selling food? You'll need your own food business registration with your council, and labels that meet the Food Standards Code.
Email your application with label photos
For now, applications come in by email. Send yours to [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
Please include:
- Your name, business name (if any), phone and email
- Your ABN, if you're registered for GST
- One application per food product: its name, size or option, your price, and how many you can supply
- Up to 4 photos of each item (JPEG, PNG or WebP)
Selling food? Each food item needs its full ingredients and allergens, or a clear photo of the label showing them. We can't accept a food item without one of these.
Please read the seller terms before you send. Sending an application means you agree to them.
