We're having your chorizo sausages for brekkie with eggs and tomato. They have the most delicious flavour. And we love that the sausages are all meat and no filler. Thanks for creating a quality product.

I'm 72 now and been eating pork all my life... Raised them myself in my teenage years and thought I would never get it back to that level of flavour. Just had a wood oven grilled forequarter chop from your efforts and it blew my socks off... The skin crackled up perfectly and the fat rendered out beautifully. Magic flavour. Just like the old days. Congratulations on what you have achieved.
Man. That ham is perfection. Smoked and dried exactly how I like it. Hope it lasts till the tomato season kicks in. Heaven.

Mate! Had the kranksy for breakfast, bloody yum!!! I love them. Oh and the bacon!! Bloody great smoke level. I cooked some of it the kids, they loved it! Gone in under 60 seconds. What a hit. Yep I'll grab a plain or three cheese. What ever is left!

Love the bacon great Smokey flavour and the ham well perfect size for me. Lovely and moist. Nothing worse than a dry ham good flavour not too salty. Great texture
