Subscribe and save on your regular stockfeed.
Minimum term and early cancellation
Subscribe and save discounts are given on the basis that your subscription runs for at least 3 months from your first order. You can cancel any time. Cancel by email or from your account. Orders already dispatched will still be charged at the subscription price. If you cancel within the first 3 months, we'll ask you to repay the subscription discounts applied to orders you received in that period. We'll email you the amount and how we worked it out at least 7 days before we charge it to the card you saved with us, or we'll send an invoice if you prefer. Reply in that time if you think it's wrong and we'll hold the charge until it's sorted. There's no charge if you cancel because we couldn't supply or deliver, we changed the price or terms of your subscription, or an order was faulty. After 3 months there's no charge to cancel. Bulk discounts (10+ bags) aren't affected, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including if an order is faulty or not delivered.
