About our feed
Feed made in Tasmania by Asset Nutrition, Parkham
Our feed comes from Asset Nutrition, a Tasmanian mill at Parkham. Good local feed, and every bag you buy from us helps keep our regenerative farm going.
Where we deliver
We deliver around our local area on our regular runs, and 2+ bags are delivered free on all three. Find your town below. Not on a run? Choose pickup, or ask us about a special delivery trip using the enquiry form further down.
Rain check: our feed truck is open-top, so if it's wet or rain looks likely we'll hold your delivery for the next dry run and let you know. Your feed stays dry and good as new. Need it sooner? Grab it from Fingal Post Office any weekday.

A layer mash that sits between the 14% and 18%, made for free-range backyard hens, with lime for strong shells.
Game birds and meat birds
Game Bird Starter 23%

A high protein start for quail, turkeys, pheasants, peafowl, guinea fowl and meat birds, from hatch day to about 6 weeks.
Game Bird Grower 20%

The next step after starter, for game and meat birds from about 6 weeks to 20 weeks (quail move on sooner), before moving them on to Breeder.
Pigs
Pig Weaner Feed 21%

A complete starter meal for piglets from 4 weeks to 8 or 10 weeks old, with a sweet flavour to help them move onto grower feed.
Pig Finisher 18%

For pigs from about 4 months to market weight, with lower energy so they stay lean rather than fat.
Pig Breeder (Dry Sow) 14%

A complete low-fat meal for sows during gestation, and for boars too, to support fertility and body condition.

For sows feeding piglets, with extra calcium for strong bones and made with good milk production in mind.
Grains, seeds and supplements
Lupins (whole or rolled)

A high protein, low starch "cool" energy grain for sheep, cattle, horses, goats and alpacas. Rolled suits pigs and poultry best, and bring them in slowly over 10 to 14 days.
Peas (whole or rolled)

Suits most livestock and pets, and makes good bird seed for pigeons, parrots and wild birds.
Brown Linseed (whole)

Great for horses and ponies for coat and skin, but not for poultry, so check it suits your animals first.
Soybean Meal 48% protein

A high protein stockfeed supplement that's rich in amino acids, and very handy for horses and ponies.
Also on request: rolled wheat, rolled barley, whole maize and whole oats.
Bulk bags and bulk orders
Feeding a bigger mob? We can get feed in bulk bags (our supplier does 500 kg and 1000 kg bags), plus half and full pallets (25 or 54 bags). We also do custom bulk orders of 4 to 6 tonne, and the feed can be custom mixed. Pricing is negotiated for each bulk order, so tell us what you need and we'll come back to you with a quote.
Lead time is 1 to 4 weeks. Whole-truckload orders are scheduled as soon as possible; smaller orders are combined with one of our regular delivery runs.
