Postage & delivery
Our local makers supply their products, and we handle all the postage. Every order is packed and posted by Primal Pastures from Fingal Post Office.
We post with Australia Post Parcel Post prepaid satchels, priced by size, up to 5 kg. We'll confirm postage before you pay.

Jams, honey and other glass
Goods in glass go in a box. Glass jars are carefully packed to travel safely. We'll confirm postage by email before you pay.
We can't post honey to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
Chocolate and fudge
Chocolate and fudge can melt in summer post. In hot weather we may hold your order for cooler days, or you can pick it up from Fingal Post Office.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take a photo of the parcel and the item, then email us at [email protected] with your order number. Faulty or damaged items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Pickup
Free pickup is available at Fingal Post Office during opening hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 3:30pm) for most Larder items.
